Tempoh: 10 min

Penyusunan:
Players run with the ball freely in grid of 30 m x 30 m. First 2-3 minutes consisted of low speed/low intensity and make use of both feet. Following 2-3 minutes involved acceleration and change of direction whenever there's spaces.

To make the session challenging and fun, split the players into four groups, number each group one, two, three, four (optional to use colors / cars / players / teams) and place each group in one end line. All players then dribble freely inside the grid and when the coach call out a number, the group of players whose number are being called out must move as quick as possible with the ball to their line and back into the grid, players whose groups are not being call should move back to create space from those who are running with the ball toward their line and back.

Pembelajaran:
When to run with the ball? When there is space. Avoid collision.

Poin arahan:
Player shout out their own number one, two three, four, all players who shouted number one to go "left", two to go "up", three to go "right" and four to go "down". All players now free to move around inside the grid with the ball, when coach call a number, the groups whose number is called must run with the ball as quick as possible to their line and back. PLAY!

Tempoh: 15 min

Penyusunan:
Setup up grid of 30 m x 20 m with 4 mini goal and a 5m - 7m shooting line at each end. Spread players into two team, each with one ball.
On coach signal, the first player from each team to start running with the ball to the opposite goal and once they crossed the shooting line they have to play the ball into the empty goal, immediately after they kick the ball they have to attempt to chase after another player who is going to run with ball. The cue for the next player to start the run is as soon as the player with the ball crossed the shooting line, they can begin to run with the ball at top speed.

To make the session challenging and fun, player who failed to score a goal must touch the goal before chasing after the next player who run with the ball.

Pembelajaran:
Big touches the ball to space and run as fast as possible to space in front.

Poin arahan:
Three players in behind each goal, when the coach signal, first player from one side start to run with ball toward the shooting line and attempt to score goal, once the player crossed the shooting line, next player begin their move to run with the ball toward the shooting line and attempt to score goal. PLAY!

Tempoh: 15 min

Penyusunan:
Setup grid of 20m x 30m. Divide player into 2 team. To score a goal, player must run with the ball across opponent line.

Adjust grid size accordingly to players ability.

Pembelajaran:
Running with the ball as fast as possible to space in front.

Poin arahan:
4 v 4, to score goal, player must run with the ball across the opponent line. Play!

Coaching points:
1) Spread out, make use of the width of the grid.
2) Must have a centre forward and two wingers.
3) Run with the ball whenever you see space in front.
4) Be brave to take on opponent.
5) Use bodily feint to hide your intention.

Variasi:
Add joker / neutral player.
Increase / decrease pitch width to allow more / less space to run with the ball forward.
