Nota
Passing the ball over short, medium and long range with right weight and precision.
WARM UP Durasi: pemain - 12 min, penjaga gol - 0 min

Passing
Striking the ball - Skill intro 1 (Passing)
(Untuk pemain sahaja)

Tempoh: 10 min

Penyusunan:
Players form pairs with 1 ball and position themselves at the edge of the grid, 3m on either side. Players move towards each other while playing one touch passes until they reduce the distance to 1m - 2m. Then they move backwards while continue to pass until they reached their starting points.

Pembelajaran:
This challenges players to work on the "weight" and accuracy of the pass by using both feet over different distances.

Poin arahan:
Work in pair, each pair one ball, stay about 3m apart, play one or two touches passes between each other, move closer to each other and then back to origin, PLAY!

Coaching points:
1) Pass the ball with the right weightage and with accuracy.
2) Attempt to play short, medium and long range passes.

Variasi:
Only right foot
Only left foot
Alternate right and left foot

Tempoh: 1 min

Penyusunan:
In a grid of 20 m x 20m (depends on number of players), half players position themselves outside the grid without ball and the other half to position themselves inside the grid with one ball each.
Players inside the grid can dribble the ball freely inside the grid until they can make a pass to free player outside the grid who then play a one or two touches pass back (wall pass) to the same player.
After 1 minutes, change roles and change conditions (example: left foot only, right for only, one left one right).
Encourage players to use both feet.

Pembelajaran:
This challenges players to work on the "weight" and accuracy of the pass by using both feet over different distances.

Poin arahan:
6 players stay outside off the grid without the ball, another 6 stay in with a ball each, player with the ball dribble around freely and make a pass to outside player who then have to play a one or two touch pass back to them same player. PLAY!

Coaching points:
1) Pass the ball only when the passing line is open, make sure anyone else is not passing the ball to the same player (communication and scanning).
2) Pass the ball with the right weightage and with accuracy.
3) Look where you run when asking for the return pass, make an angle for the return pass (avoid receiving it straight line).
4) Attempt to play short, medium and long range passes.

Striking the ball - Skill intro 3 (Passing - Tag game)
(Untuk pemain sahaja)

Tempoh: 1 min

Penyusunan:
All players go to same grid used in previous exercises (around 20 x 20m), half the players with the ball, half without ball. One player is appointed as "tagger" and carries a bib. The tagger can only tag a player without the ball, If tagger succeeds, both swap role. Player with the ball must help their teammates without ball by passing them the ball when they are being chased. Any ball that rolled out of grid will not be returned.

Pembelajaran:
This challenges players to work on the "weight" and accuracy of the pass by using both feet over different distances as well as spirit of team work.

Poin arahan:
Everyone get in the grid, one become tagger, 5 players with balls (assuming 11 players), tagger must tag player without ball, player with ball must help teammate without the ball by passing the ball. PLAY!

Variasi:
2 or more taggers.
A player cannot hold the ball for longer than 10 seconds.
More of less players with balls.

4 v 1, Positioning game one or two touches.

Adjust the Grid size accordingly to level of players with 15 m x 15 m as guide.

Pembelajaran:
Play the ball to teammate strong foot / away from opponent and with proper "weight" and accuracy.

Poin arahan:
5 players in one grid, 4 players to keep ball possession with one or two touches, 1 player to be defender, PLAY!

Coaching Points:
1) Scanning and quick decision making, play the ball to teammate strong foot / away from opponent and with proper "weight" and accuracy.
2) Players without ball, scanning and keep moving when the ball moves to provide options (players with the ball must always have a player to his left and right that he can play to).
3) If two or more defenders, can you play in between defenders?
4) Use body feint as disguise to your intention.
5) Keep your body open.
6) Do not stand in corner, it narrow your angle.
7) Defender(s) to press and close down space; Competition: which defender can force the most mistakes in 60 seconds.

4 v 1 (easiest)
3 v 1
5 v 2
4 v 2 (most difficult)

Defender(s) can either change with player who loses the ball or change every 30 seconds (or any other specified time).

Penyusunan:
4 v 4 + 4 Neutral players, positioning game one or two touches. 4 mini goals (never put in corner, do not encourage players to attack toward corner flat), Team in possession can play with 4 neutral players making it 8 v 4. Rotate players after 3 minutes / or any specified timing / whenever a goal is scored (scorer stay on).

Adjust the Grid size accordingly to level of players with 20 m x 30 m as guide.

Pembelajaran:
Play the ball to teammate strong foot / away from opponent and with proper "weight" and accuracy.

Poin arahan:
12 players in the field, 4 players in red, 4 players in blue and another 4 players in yellow as neutral players. Team with ball keep ball possession can play with 4 neutral player to make it 8 v 4, try to play with only one or two touches and attempt to score goal, goal scored from wall pass with neutral players is doubled. PLAY!

Coaching Points:
